1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the 100s website or mobile application, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform. These Terms apply to Bangladeshi users and are presented in plain, accessible language. 100s reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

You must be of legal age under Bangladesh law (18 years or older). Minors are strictly prohibited from using the 100s platform, and any attempt by a minor to register an account will be terminated immediately upon detection. The platform is approved for personal entertainment use only and may not be used for commercial or resale purposes.

2. Account Registration & Security

When creating an account on 100s, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Opening an account with false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and Conditions, and such accounts may be closed without notice. Each individual may hold only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts. 100s may request a national ID or passport for account verification purposes.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Sharing account access with any third party or transferring your account is prohibited. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our Help Center immediately. 100s will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access, unless it is entirely due to our own fault. For your security, we recommend changing your password regularly.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

While using the 100s platform, you may not engage in any fraudulent activity, software hacking, or the use of bots or automated tools. Unauthorized attempts to access the platform's systems or networks, spreading viruses or malicious code, and engaging in fraudulent behavior toward other users are all strictly prohibited. Such actions may not only result in account termination but could also be subject to legal proceedings under applicable Bangladesh law. 100s reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action.

Before participating in any betting or gaming activity, you must ensure that such activity is legal in your jurisdiction. Take time to understand the rules and odds of each game before placing a bet. 100s sets specific rules for every game and betting event, and lack of familiarity with those rules will not be accepted as grounds for any claim. 100s reserves the right to void winnings and suspend or close accounts in the event of a rule violation.

4. Payment & Transaction Information (BDT)

All financial transactions on the 100s platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Deposits are accepted via popular mobile banking services including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the platform and are subject to change; check the payments page for the latest information. All deposits are processed through secure, encrypted channels. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted; all deposits must be made from the registered user's own account.

Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days, though some cases may take longer. Any applicable wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn; the details are clearly stated in the relevant bonus offer. Deposits are non-refundable unless an overcharge occurred due to a technical error. 100s follows applicable Bangladesh law with respect to any taxes or charges.

5. Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties

Limitation of Liability

The 100s platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. 100s will not be directly liable for any loss suffered by users due to technical errors, server outages, internet disconnection, or other such causes. 100s accepts no liability for financial losses incurred through gaming or betting; all decisions are entirely the user's own. In any dispute or claim, 100s's maximum liability will be limited to the value of the transaction in question. 100s will not be held liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or cyberattacks.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 100s platform — including logos, designs, software, games, text, graphics, and databases — is protected under 100s's exclusive intellectual property rights. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any part of this content without written permission is strictly prohibited. Users may access the platform for personal, non-commercial use only.

Third-Party Links

The 100s platform may incorporate services from third-party game providers or payment partners. 100s is not responsible for the quality, security, or policies of these third-party services, and users are advised to review each third party's own terms and conditions and privacy policy separately. Any disputes with third parties must be resolved directly between the parties involved.

6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

100s reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time if a violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or suspicious behavior is detected. Where an account is suspended, we will endeavor to notify the user by email; however, action may be taken without prior notice in urgent circumstances. Upon account closure, any remaining valid balance will be processed for refund, though balances may be forfeited in cases of fraudulent activity. Users may also voluntarily request account closure at any time, in which case any remaining valid balance will be returned through the normal process. To reactivate a closed account, contact the Help Center and complete the required verification.

Changes to Terms

100s reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, advance notice will be provided via the platform or to your registered email address. Updated terms take effect from the date they are published. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend visiting this page regularly to stay up to date.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from these Terms will first be referred to negotiation for resolution. If negotiation fails, the matter will be settled in the competent courts of Bangladesh. 100s is headquartered in Bangladesh and this platform operates exclusively for Bangladeshi users. If any provision of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
